My orientation is integrative — merging traditional and holistic modalities of treatment. In addition to traditional talk therapy services, I offer Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. I view it to be one of the most effective and advanced tools a trained clinician can utilize to get to the root of habitual patterns suppressed in the subconscious mind, releasing the old programming and core beliefs that no longer serve your highest good. I enjoy incorporating the mind/body connection into my practice and utilize techniques rooted in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness exercises, guided imagery and visualization to reestablish balance and promote health.

I embrace the belief that every client contains, deeply within their own subconscious mind, the key to their own healing and well-being. The answers are never out there, but instead are inside you waiting to be discovered. I understand all growth, whether in mind, body, or spirit, is an individual path and I encourage you deeply to follow your own inner wisdom to release the old when it no longer serves you. I am deeply committed to the path of the heart and I feel privileged to be a part of each individual’s process of healing, which I consider to be a sacred task. I believe we all have the power to heal, no matter how deep our wounds may be!

I am trained in working with college students and adults of all ages. I work collaboratively with clients who are seeking support for resolving chronic patterns, histories of trauma, self-worth, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and journey into parenthood. I am available for individual psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
