About me
I use both psychology and applied behavior analysis to help people break out of patterns and make more effective choices which lead to better life outcomes.
I have been licensed therapist for over 15years and have worked to help people resolve grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship conflicts. I think the right questions lead to insight and new ways of looking at life situations. I incorporate psychology and study of human behavior to help people replace their patterned behaviors with alternative tools which are by design meant to effect changes in their perspective, their feelings and ultimately their choices.
