I am a passionate helper who is dedicated to support others to reach their maximum potentials. Either you have mental health issues, relationship issues, or even not sure what you need to work on to create a happier life, I am here to support.

With more than 20 years of working experience in human services, I bring to my counseling practice an enriching experience that helps me enjoy working with people from multicultural and professional backgrounds. I enjoy working with clients to support them in the process of overcoming life challenges, especially moving beyond healing the past experiences to reach their full potentials.
With further training on trauma treatment, especially EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, I am keen on helping my clients overcome the impacts of trauma on their relationships (with themselves, and others), work performance, and daily life. I work with a wide range of clients from the age of ten years old to older than 60 years old.
I also provide couple therapy to help clients navigate through difficult times in their relationship so that each partner can be happier in or out of the realtionship.
