I have been assisting clients for over 30 years as a Clinical Social Worker. My experience and training with the cis and LGBTQ+ community has made me uniquely qualified to assist you in making life better, by finding resolutions and resources to better equip you to manage any of your difficulties or concerns.

My theory is that we most often already have the solutions to our problems within us, but may need an objective person (like a therapist) to identify how our own strengths can be used as a vehicle to resolution.
