About me
Dedicated, experienced realistic therapist working with adults to help manage the symptoms of anxiety, depression, life transitions and other uncertainties in life.
I have 20 years of experience as a social worker and have worked in various settings. I am often described as "realistic and down to earth". I work with ages 18 and older on a variety of concerns but most anxiety, depression and alcohol abuse. I have numerous years of experience working with caregivers and family members of those struggling with substance abuse.
My office is a private safe space for you to begin to open up, trust and make positive change in your life (which is not always easy but most definitely is NOT impossible). I utilized many aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and traditional psychotherapy. I strive to meet you where you are at in your life. We will work together to set (and achieve) goals established by you, for you to get YOU to a better place.
