I have been providing mental health services for 30 years.
We are learning more and more about how our physiology (which we are seldom aware of) affects our mental, emotional and physical health. Understanding the dynamics and underpinnings of our internal physiology informs us of our behaviors, moods and emotions in such a way that we are more successful in living the lives we choose. Lives where we are at our peak potential, greatest degree of happiness and resilience. Having a background in dynamic psychotherapy, family systems counseling, and biofeedback and neurofeedback training, I have a deep understanding of said physiological dynamics, and I apply said understanding to each individual according to their personal needs and goals.
