I am a licensed counselor in Brunswick, Maine, who works with adults who want change in their life. They want to feel less distress, and they want to feel successful in moving towards their goals. I can give you the space and the tools to get there.

I work with people dealing with the difficulties and struggles that come from living and growing. Many of my clients are struggling with life transitions, relationship problems, grief, stress, anxiety or trauma. They may have noticed patterns in their life they want to change. All of them want to feel better, to function better, and to understand themselves better. You do not need a diagnosis to work with me. However, if you have been diagnosed with a mental health issue, or are interested in being diagnosed, we can work together to identify and understand your struggles. Your goals will determine the work we do together.

I work to create an environment where you can safely and truly share your internal life. I do this because I believe that putting your experiences into words, speaking them to another, and feeling the emotions that come with them, can be a healing and transformational experience. I can then offer you tools to move towards your goals and values.

People seek out counseling because they want to feel less pain and distress, they want to know more about themselves, they want to live in a way that allows them to grown and flourish.
