I have a holistic approach to therapy and my training comes from the clinical social work framework of "person in environment." Which means I believe we all have what we need within us to heal and we are deeply impacted by our environment including relationships, movement, nourishment, and our past.

Approaches I love: Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory.
