About me
I am a clinical psychologist who is dedicated to providing easy-to-access, online care tailored to your needs.
Life can be challenging and it can be difficult to know how to cope. Often we can feel overwhelmed and paralyzed when dealing with difficult situations and emotions. We may develop patterns of coping that lead us to feel stuck or isolated, particularly when we struggle with symptoms of anxiety and depression. If you hope to explore and process these feelings, patterns, and situations and find more adaptive ways to cope, I would be honored to support you along the way. I believe that each client is on a unique journey and that, together, we can find a positive, therapeutic path.
I provide a compassionate, supportive telehealth environment for clients to discuss and process difficult situations and feelings. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy and tailor my services to the needs of the client. I meet you where you are. In addition to individual therapy, I offer psychological assessment for those seeking diagnostic clarity.
Finding the right therapist can be a difficulty and stressful process (on top of what you are already dealing with!). I am available for free consultations so that we can better assess your needs and whether I may be the right therapist for you. I offer scheduling online and by phone. Please reach out if you are interested and I would be glad to provide more information!
