About me
I'm an empathic and experienced therapist with 20 years of experince and have provided therapeutic services to clients who were experiencing an array of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD and substance abuse disorders. My preferred therapeutic approaches that I use in my therapy sessions are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My primary goal and objective is to create a safe space for each of my clients who are struggling with difficult life issues. I strive for my clients to feel heard and understood in a nonjudgmental environment. My mission is to help each client sort through and resolve the issues that are causing distress in their life.
My name is Kelly Walker and I'm a Mental Health Therapist who has been working in the mental health field for the last 20 years.
