I don't have an "I love me" wall in either of the offices I work in. I studied decision-making under stress while pursuing my first master's degree at the University of Liverpool. I focused of learning about trauma, the system of the body, interactions with those around us and how influences shapes how we see ourselves and others. I don't want to waste your time or your money. We start the first day. It takes a great amount of courage to sit with someone and show them your pain, your mistakes, your failures and feel safe doing so. I take great care in making sure you feel safe at every turn.
