About me
I am a clinical social worker who is dedicated to helping people cope with chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and recovery.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I primarily aim to help you rediscover meaning and purpose. Using a trauma-informed approach, I can assist you in learning techniques to decrease stress and reduce depression and anxiety symptoms. I hold certifications in trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and working with military members and veterans. I have additional training in neuropsychotherapy, mindfulness, integrative mental health, palliative care, end-of-life, meaning-centered-psychotherapy, hypnosis for pain relief, ACT, and CBT, all of which I use to support you in your journey.
Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. By working together, we can focus on discovering new ways to find solutions for the issues that brought you to seek help. You are the expert of your life, and your input is crucial. I am here to offer you a helping hand throughout the change process, respecting and valuing your unique perspective.
