About me
I am a dedicated and experienced therapist who works with adults with a variety of issues. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ related issues/concerns, trauma, anxiety, body image issues, eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, amongst many other areas.
It is my belief that every person has the ability to experience healing and personal growth if given the space and tools necessary. My goal is to offer a safe and collaborative environment to support my clients and encourage acceptance on their therapeutic journey. I welcome diversity of all kinds, including all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, faiths, abilities, sizes, and lifestyles.
I have experience working with adults who are dealing with a wide range of concerns including trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, grief and loss. I have a deep passion for supporting clients struggling with gender identity and sexual orientation concerns and navigating the associated challenges.
The therapy I provide is rooted in both science and empathy. I understand that everyone has a unique understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them. Because of this, I prioritize meeting each client where they are and tailoring every treatment plan to the individual.
