Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Experienced Bilingual/Bicultural Puerto Rican psychologist dedicated to help people of all walks of life with a special interest and training on ADHD in children and adults (especially women) as well as with neurodivergent issues, chronic pain, parent trainings and infertility/miscarriage support.
Walking through life alone is hard! Even with others around you it’s easy to feel misunderstood and alone. As a therapist who has also been a patient with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, ADHD, and infertility struggles I aim to make the process of therapy human and transparent. I see myself as a guide and listening mirror. I love using dark humor to overcome life’s obstacles as well as sitting with pain and then using CBT/DBT and other strategies to get back on the horse of life. I use an attachment based lens in many of my cases and have training in TFCBT for PTSD cases. Los casos también pueden ser en español pues soy de Puerto Rico, nacida y criada. No es lo mismo hablar español que entender las complejidades de ser parte de una familia hispana, en especial cuando nos crian con tradiciones o expectativas dañinas.
