I am a licensed counselor in NC. I specialize in working with adults who wish to process past trauma, those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, perfectionism, or low self-esteem, and those who are struggling with spirituality/faith concerns.

I believe we are all stories still going. My goal as your counselor is to provide a safe space for you to talk through painful experiences and emotions, as well as advocate for your healing, so you can begin to write the story you truly want to live with your life. It is my deepest hope that, through our work together, you will develop a greater sense of purpose, insight, and hope — because your story isn’t over yet.

I have focused my practice specifically on working with young adults, and have experience working in a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, college counseling, community mental health, and private practice settings. I have worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, with concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, grief, sexuality, and more. I commonly work with adults experiencing thoughts of suicide/self-harm, symptoms of post-traumatic stress, those who wish to rewrite patterns of generational trauma in their own stories, those struggling with perfectionism, and those experiencing spirituality or faith concerns (sometimes known as “deconstruction”). I am available to work with clients anywhere in North Carolina via Telehealth, and have an in-person office in Concord, NC.

Seeking help can be a big decision, and many find themselves scrolling through a list of therapists, feeling desperate and overwhelmed. I want you to find a counselor who is the right fit, and I offer a free 15 min consultation call so we can get to know each other. If you're looking for support during a difficult season, I would be honored to work with you.
