About me
Clinical social worker with experience working with individuals of all backgrounds and ages. I am an advocate for social justice and equity.
Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or other difficult emotions and life experiences, I believe we can all overcome challenges and build resilience with the right support and skills. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on helping other healthcare professionals prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.
We will utilize a diverse, well-rounded approach treatment, including CBT, Attachment Based Therapy, and a Strengths Based perspective. I employ interventions best suited for each individual, with the goal of processing your struggles and tapping into your strengths to improve your quality of life.
I have made a career out of supporting others with compassion, empathy, and a genuine belief that we all need help sometimes. I take pride in cultivating a safe space for everyone, and I am ready to help your mind shine!
I can currently accept Aetna insurance, Out of Network, and Private Pay. I currently offer telehealth services only and utilize a HIPAA compliant portal to ensure you and your information is always protected.
About Me:
I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2016 with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Women and Gender Studies. This is where I found my passion for helping others on an interpersonal and societal level. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Social Work with an MSW in 2019 and moved back home to Colorado. I have a history of working with individuals of all ages, from children as young as 6 through adulthood. I have experience working in an inpatient setting, where I worked with a multidisciplinary team to treat clients in crisis. With this, I also have knowledge of a variety of resources in the community and have developed excellent problem solving skills to meet the needs to my clients, however creative the solution needs to be.
I have lived in Colorado since 2008, and am proud to call this wonderful state home! In my free time, I love to spend time listening to audiobooks and podcasts, getting out into nature, baking, going to concerts, and spending time with my Frenchie, Lucy.
