About me
I am an experienced clinical mental health counselor who is dedicated to helping those with anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and life transition difficulties.
While I've spent years supporting children and their families as a child therapist, I am also trained in exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP) for specific phobias, and specialize in working with both children and adults who struggle with big emotions, symptoms of OCD, anxiety, and ADHD. I provide telehealth on Saturday mornings only.
I have extensive training in military and civilian natural disaster trauma, domestic violence, foster care, problem sexual behavior in children and teens, blended families and supporting LGBTQ+ children as well as families of LGBTQ+ children.
I work hard to meet people where they are without judgment. Therapy is a tool that everyone can benefit from and there is no shame in reaching out for support. The time to learn to swim isn't when you're drowning, so please reach out before you find yourself or your child in crisis. I'm ready to listen, support, provide tools, and help you float.
