Hi, I am Katrin. I am a seasoned licensed professional counselor who is dedicated to helping adult clients with anxiety, depression and coping with a cancer diagnosis.
Imagine that someone gives you all her undivided attention, is genuinely interested in you and your story, and listens carefully to all of what you say and don’t say. Depending on your goals and current needs I will use and adapt several diverse therapy approaches rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) like Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. Even though therapy can be challenging at times, at the end it will be worth it. You will feel confident that with the knowledge, skills, and tools you gain in our sessions, you can handle both inner and outer turmoil by yourself. This will empower you to live your life the way you want to.
