I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with chronic stress, anxiety and mood disorders. I help clients develop effective problem solving and communication skills that foster resilience and reduce symptoms.
I am part of the clinical team at Great South Bay Therapy, LCSW PC. We are offering in person sessions in all four of our Long Island locations. We have offices in Garden City, West Islip, Sayville, and Bayport. My time is split between the West Islip and Sayville locations. I am also available for online services for those who would benefit.
