About me
I am a certified grief counselor specializing in working with those ages 20s-40s through challenging life transitions.
I received my bachelor’s of science degree in psychology from Virginia Tech and my master’s of arts in clinical mental health counseling from Marymount University. I spent over a decade working at a fast-growing tech company only to realize that I want to follow my true calling in helping those in need. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, daughter, and two cats as a family-oriented person.
