I am a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping children and families cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger and so much more.
Making the decision to begin therapy can be tough and associated with many different feelings. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy, no matter your life experiences or age. My passion is serving children and families. I have worked with children and families since 2015, serving in the school, medical and human services settings. If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family issues, or have experienced trauma, I would love to help you process those experiences. I strive to provide a safe space where everyone can come as they are and work to empower individuals/families to create positive change.
When working with individuals, children and families, I use a collaborative approach to create treatment goals and a desired outcome. I use multiple therapeutic approaches in my work, some of which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I believe mental health is very important and taking care of your mind and/or your child's mind can greatly improve your quality of life. I look forward to hearing how I can help you! To schedule an appointment, visit www.restore-bh.com/new-clients.
