Hello, I am Katie, I work with individuals and couples that are located in Florida and Pennsylvania, primarily via a telehealth platform.
I have worked with individuals from all spheres of life; children and adolescents in the home, school, and community, LGBTQ+, people living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, addiction and self-esteem issues. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach. I believe that each person’s needs are different, and different people require various therapeutic approaches. It is most important to me that my clients feel understood and heard, and that our connection is based on open and honest communication. I utilize a client-centered approach that connects my client's strengths while helping them discover the best versions of themselves.
