About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to coming alongside you in your healing journey.
I am passionate about walking alongside people in their healing journeys towards transformation and wholeness. I have experience assisting those suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stressors in their journey toward healing. I enjoy having sessions out in nature or at the office based off of your individual needs and desires. I would love to come alongside you and assist you in your healing journey.
I believe in the connection between our mind, body and spirit and therefore believe that all parts of us should be addressed in therapy. I use an integrated approach to therapy including Brainspotting, expressive arts, nature based therapy, mindfulness, EFT, CBT, and DBT to meet your individual needs.
I value addressing the whole person in therapy and enjoy offering Christ centered therapy for those who desire to incorporate their faith in their healing journey. This is not something I force on anyone as I highly value and respect each individual's desires and needs for their healing journey.
