I want to help you integrate your mental and physical well-being in order to improve your quality of life and discover your most authentic self. Working as your mental health guide, I want to help you focus on you and your story in a way that offers healing and hope.
I have recently joined Salmon Falls Behavioral Health, a well-established mental health practice located in downtown Rochester, NH.
