My work is with people who are going through all types of life challenges. Perhaps this something you experience often, or perhaps this is the first time. Maybe you woke up feeling this way and maybe there’s a story behind your disconnect. There is hope and healing is possible.
I use a strengths-based collaborative approach to help identify your unmet needs and areas of growth. I am a trauma informed and relational therapist. I help individuals (13+), couples, and families overcome feelings of disconnect in order to develop meaning and intention in their lives. Therapy is process that takes time and energy. It is a process that can create lasting and meaningful change. As you embark on this journey, I will be with you fostering your hope and motivation within you each step of the way.
