About me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience assisting individuals, couples and families who are struggling through life's challenges.
I have a double Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology. In providing therapy to clients, I assist them in developing a plan, and working through life's difficulties. By using Systemic, and Family Systems therapy I assist clients with relationship, and communication issues. While using Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Exposure therapy modalities I assist clients with substance abuse, and mental health disorders (anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and sexual disorders). I have worked in the mental health field for several years in which I have successfully treated clients from diverse economic backgrounds, religions and multicultural populations.
