Katherine Quintero, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Online only
About me
Katherine is a first generation bilingual Latinx therapist and enjoys exploring issues relating to attachment, race, ethnicity, and culture, and how they may be tied to anxiety or depression.
Using a systemic lens, and pulling from various family therapy frameworks, Katherine considers all the systems you are a part of and the way they may impact you and what you may be struggling with.
Katherine works with individuals, couples, and families in working through various mental health challenges, as well as, addressing relational dynamics and communication issues.
She shows up authentically in her sessions, is caring and supportive, and uses humor when appropriate. Katherine will meet people where they are and uses gentle approaches while supporting you on the journey to unpacking and exploring deep rooted struggles in order to make room for new growth.
Katherine is fluent in both Spanish and English.
