About me
I am a trauma informed therapist dedicated to evidence-based practice to help my client build a life they love. I am experienced in working PTSD and the long-term effects of trauma, disordered eating, OCD, anxiety, chronic illness, emotional dysregulation, and parenting concerns.
I help clients achieve meaningful symptom relief and learn new approaches for the future. I am trained in evidence-based methods proven to promote lasting changes in relatively short periods of time. I utilize such modalities as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) while prioritizing compassion, trust, humility, and curiosity in my work. I provide a safe space for individual clients, couples, and families to explore the origin of their existing patterns and empower them to identify and achieve their most meaningful goals. It is my privilege to support clients in building a life they love!
