About me
I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals find realistic solutions for life's challenges, and coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, and anger.
Taking the first step towards addressing mental health concerns and other life challenges can be daunting and difficult. Feelings of anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties can have a profound effect on your quality of life. Mental health care is an important component of building personal functioning and making lasting changes to individual outlook and situation. As a therapist I believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences, and my role is to help you create meaning and understanding of those experiences. Together, we can help build realistic and effective coping skills to manage the unique challenges that you face. As a therapist who also personally seeks therapy, I know that this journey can be difficult to begin, please know that I will be here to support you as you begin this process, and will continue to be there as you navigate the path towards feeling better.
