About me
I have been a therapist for 20 years and have been licensed in California for 10 years. I work with adults, couples, and families. My specialties include infidelity, divorce, depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, family dynamics, and personal growth.
I am dedicated to ending stigma surrounding mental health issues including substance use disorders. I work from a Harm Reduction perspective inviting anyone with a desire to process emotional distress, trauma, substance use issues. We set goals together so that you can achieve the life you desire. I also am well versed in mindfulness practices that help you to be in the present moment rather than trapped in the past or fearful of the future. I am trauma informed and utilize EMDR and IFS.
