An experienced counselor and coach who is dedicated to helping people identify their objectives in life and realize them.

The late baseball philosopher Yogi Berra used to say something like "if you don't know where you are going, you'll probably wind up someplace else". If you want to clarify your objective in life, or if you want to get back on the path to achieving that objective, it would be my honor to be your partner along that journey. I specialize in clients who have experienced trauma, depression, symptoms of post-traumatic stress, veterans who are reintegrating into civilian life, and people who are in the midst of a life or career change.

Our self-talk creates internal images that in turn create emotion that leads to behavior. I will help you identify negative self-talk and turn it into a positive, empowering form. This approach is based on cognitive behavioral theory. You will learn to create the space to select a response to a situation that will work for you, instead of against you.
