I have helped a diverse population of individuals, families and children find healthy perceptions of themselves. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction.
My 20 plus years experience in helping a diverse population of individuals, families and children find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can know themselves as complete, and whole.
I am aware that anxiety and depression can impact day to day living and limit your interactions with others. To that end I will work with you to identify a treatment plan that is unique to you and your situation. I will primarily utilized CBT and Solution Focused Therapy interventions in treatment; however will interweave other methods of intervention as needed.
Additionally, I am also experienced in working with couples to help work through challenging problems, learn each other’s love language and improve on communication. When working with couples I use Narrative Therapy, Explore ways to improve Communication and Positive Psychology.
