About me
VT-daytime availability (private pay evening/weekend appt's)/ FL-telehealth private-pay only. Trauma informed Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Services. With a focus on post traumatic growth through acknowledging and understanding that the damage to the brain when trauma is experienced. We can get stuck in negative and destructive thought patterns as a result of these injuries that resonate through our lives (in addition to physical health problems such as auto immune disorders and GI distress). Using a mind/body approach with a person-centered foundation; EMDR; Audio Visual Entrainment therapy; and parts work to begin healing.
I use an eclectic variation of therapeutic modalities to support your individual needs as we are all human and the same modality may not work for everyone. When traditional talk therapy isn't effective, we can also include integrative therapies ( EMDR / Audio Visual Entrainment ) for optimal success reaching your goals. EMDR level 1 & 2 trained
