About me
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist in Indiana with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I also have a strong background in helping people recover from burnout and have spent a lot of time working with men’s issues throughout my career.
I truly believe that you are the expert on your own life, and that the healing and solutions you’re seeking are already within you. My approach is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, moving at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including somatic experiencing, DBT, and CBT, all tailored to fit your unique needs and experiences.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you process what you’ve been through, and where you'd like to go. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where we can work together toward your goals. It takes real courage to reach out for help, and I admire the bravery required of you to take this step. I can’t wait to work with you and be part of your healing journey.
