About me
With over 23 years of experience, I specialize in helping Relationships and Individuals heal and improve their well being.
Aloha. I help folks address their distress and feel and do better. This distress may have built up over time and/or be the result of a sudden event that shakes our world. We all learn patterns of relating to ourselves, others, and the world that, at some point, may no longer serve us very well. This can result in relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety; grief, emptiness, confusion, a lack of direction and meaning. As a relational therapist, I help support your exploration, healing, coping and growth, as you uncover a more authentic and clear sense of Self from which we are all able to live our best lives and contribute our gifts to the world.
I do this by helping folks bring hidden aspects of themselves into connection for healing, integration and growth. This way of relating gets at the root of problems, and alleviates painful symptoms as we unburden and come home to ourselves. I have broad experience working with LGBTQ folk and people of color, and I affirm gender, neurodiversity, and social justice in my work.
