About me
I work well with movers + shakers, helpers + makers; ambitious professionals + entrepreneurs, as well as those in creative + helping fields. Clients typically seek support with symptoms of ‘high-functioning’ anxiety, ‘complex’ trauma, depression, and substance use.
I am queer-affirming and inclusive of allies, trauma-informed, and apply intersectional, feminist, and body and sex positive lenses, and incorporate harm reduction principles. I serve a diverse range of clients and am cognizant of my lived experience as a queer cisgender male. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space, and have a relational style utilizing an integrative therapeutic orientation.
