Offering telehealth psychotherapy and life coaching to clients ages 13 and over.
I am an experienced psychotherapist with a passion for helping clients to live more fully, peacefully, and harmoniously. Much of my work focuses on assisting clients to cultivate a strong sense of self through aligning behavior and life choices with their values (what they care about most about in their lives). Developing and strengthening self loyalty and self advocacy is another central aspect of therapy that will be prioritized. When we learn to accept ourselves with unconditional love and respect, freedom to grow and prosper begins----I will help you break from from negative self talk and low confidence that can block so many people from living freely and authentically.
