I am a psychotherapist who has extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, phase of life struggles, attachment-injury, abandonment issues, and borderline personality disorder.
I use an approach that allows for trust, safety, and understanding of your individual experience to be forefront in our work together. I assist clients in understanding how they can relate to themselves, their experience, and emotions in a beneficial way. When we learn how to relate to ourselves and our emotions differently, it transforms how we see ourselves and our emotions.
I am trained in various methods, allowing me to individualize treatment to your individual needs.
I also have completed post-graduate work in gerontology, and in palliative care.
In addition to my Master of Science in Social Work degree I also hold a Master of Art degree in Bioethics and Health Policy.
I will accept new clients now but only to a schedule free consultation that will allow us to see if we will be a good fit. However, any new therapy appointments will be scheduled for September 6th or after.
