About me
I am an experienced clinical mental health provider who is passionate about helping others learn that they possess what they need inside of themselves to grow into the person they desire to be.
I graduated from Capella University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a nationally certified counselor. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Wyoming. I practice from a multicultural integrative approach in cognitive-behavioral therapy with a solution-focus to empower my clients to reach their goals from a wellness modality of mental, spiritual, and physical health. I work to incorporate trauma informed therapy when needed, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practice to provide emotional regulation in my clients. I specialize in children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and am skilled in play therapy. I have worked with youth for the past eighteen years and my passion is to guide people to see life from a vantage point that might otherwise be hidden from view. I have experience in working with children and adults alike who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
