Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults cope with anxiety, depression and heal from past trauma.
I know how scary starting therapy can be. I commend you on taking this first step. I believe in healing the soul from the hurts that have happened throughout life and developing coping skills to manage anxiety and depression. As a therapist I am invested in your story. I will walk with you throughout your healing journey so you can live a happier, fulfilled life. My therapy style focuses on you as a whole person; body, spirit and soul. I use empathetic and reflective listening to support self-awareness and acceptance. I focus on providing a safe place where you can tell your story without judgment and help adults reach their highest potential.
I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults in all stages of their lives. I address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, complicated grief and trauma.
I received my education from University of Valley Forge where I achieved a BA in Counseling. I continued my education at Medaille College where I achieved an MA in Mental Health Counseling.
I have a particular interest in working with survivors of trauma, including witnessing or experiencing violence, abandonment, rejection, spiritual abuse and complicated grief. If you are thinking about therapy or have any questions, I invite you to reach out. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and help you get started on your healing journey.
