I am a Resident in Counseling and I am passionate about guiding young adults through life's many challenges.

Welcome to Creative Path Counseling! My practice focuses on helping clients of all ages navigate changes with resilience and clarity. It is my hope that my warm nature allows you to feel heard and understood.

Are you a college student who may be struggling to adjust, figure out who you are or who you would like to be? Maybe you are a young adult seeking clarity and guidance to help you explore your unique perspective and experiences. As the expert in your life, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, ensuring a comfortable and effective counseling experience.

Starting therapy may be new to you and even if it is not, it can be hard to take that first step! My approach is to identify and build on your strengths, helping you to develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive during transitions. Together we will work towards finding your path and developing coping strategies along the way.

I also specialize in therapy for children 8 years of age and older, addressing issues like anxiety, anger, and emotional regulation. With extensive experience across various settings, I understand the unique challenges children face at different stages of development. In order to truly understand each child's world, it is important to take the time to build a strong, empathetic connection. I will move at your child's pace to help them be comfortable sharing with me. Let's work together to support your child's growth and well-being.

Searching for a therapist can be a daunting process. To ensure a good fit, I offer a free 15 minute consultation for new clients. This allows us to discuss your counseling needs, ask questions and to determine if my services align with what you are seeking.

I am out of network for all insurance companies. I will provide a Superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. My fee is $150 for a 50 minute session.
