I am an experienced Clinical Psychotherapist with specialized experience doing individual, couples, and families therapy. I most often collaborate with patients on issues relating to anxiety, depression, anger management, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, grief/loss, and complex trauma.
I have completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Psychoanalysis. My unique life experiences, training, and clinical background allow me to work well with a variety clients. As a person of color, I enjoy connecting with diverse populations and ages and understand the unique experiences and barriers that exist in certain communities.
