I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a registered Art Therapist specializing in eating disorders, yo-yo dieting, body image, and self-worth issues, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder or other relationship problems stemming from family issues, low self-esteem, or trauma I may be able to help.

I lead individual sessions and groups on eating disorder recovery, HAES, and Shame Resiliency. I am a registered art therapist and a tarot card reader. I can utilize talk, art, and tarot (if desired) to help you create the change you want.

I believe that laughter is healing and that what is happening now is where change occurs, but that your past has shaped how you understand, make decisions, and behave daily. I believe that life is about balance, connectedness with other people, and thinking creativity to adapt to real life problems. Online sessions are available.
