About me

Judy has experience working with both adults and adolescents. When discussing her personal philosophy of therapy with adolescents, she states, “I believe that positive transformation is possible. Children are uniquely apt to change negativity when given a positive option.”

Judy was raised in Arizona and moved to Sheridan in 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Sociology, another bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in Elementary Education, and got her master’s degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She holds two post-masters certificates one in Childhood and Adolescent Mental Health Disorders and one in Trauma. She was trained and certified by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) to provide ear acupuncture (for addictions, stress, and trauma).
