We are living in a time of struggle and uncertainty that can be have people asking themselves, "How did I get here?" I am committed to work in partnership with people who are facing emotional, personal connection and life challenges that are inhibiting them from fully accessing their inner strengths and abilities, to be the person they are and want to be in their lives.

I am an Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and have earned a Masters of Science in Counseling with a specialization in family therapy. I have worked in a wide variety of therapeutic and helping setting that have contributed to my belief in a strengths based approach of meeting people where they are and assisting them in getting where they want to go. I practice short-term evidenced based therapy models to include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I also practice an eclectic approach, drawing from various therapy orientations, models and techniques to meet the individual needs of each client. I specialize in EMDR for treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, substance misuse and more.
