I started my private practice with a focus on Addictions and survivors of Trauma. Today my clients are teens, adults, couples and grandparents with a variety of concerns. They might be dealing with anxiety and depression, grief and loss or Substance Use concerns. I use evidence based approaches in therapy. I think that we have our own answers to life's most challenging situations. Those answers might be obscured by fear, a lack of confidence or by past issues. If you are feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious please give me a call. We have all been under extraordinary stresses for 2 years plus. We need all the support we can get.
