I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life changes, adjustments as well as being EMDR trained. I am currently seeing clients face to face and via telehealth.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Chapman University as well as a Masters of Arts with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University. I feel very proud to be able to have earned both of her degrees from, as well as staying in the valley.
I have clinical experience has been working with youth. I am ready to serve teens, individuals, couples, adults and families. My focus is to meet the client where they are at in their lives, to be empathetic, and to provide a non-judgmental environment. I provide a safe stable environment while challenging client to help assist them along their journey of self-growth.
