About me

I am an experienced therapist and I've worked with children, adolescents and adults in many roles since 2009. I have a MA in Counseling and am Licensed in the State of Oregon. I generally work with issues of trauma, mood and relationships.

Safety and comfort are key to any helpful relationship. I hope that we can create a space for you to be yourself over a cup of tea or coffee. I offer a warm invitational approach to life's complications. I like to stay curious about you as a person, your qualities, challenges and strengths. From helping adolescents explore identity issues, to mulling complex concerns about adult life, I have a broad range of experience for your needs. I make efforts to understand the often absurd pressures faced by most of us. After all, we are doing our best to navigate this challenging world filled with trauma and hurt. I would like to help!

I believe in the power of open and meaningful conversation and that change is possible through trust and collaboration. Working together, we may explore your current circumstances, your history, and the choices that have shaped you. I offer dynamic talk therapy utilizing a range of techniques, but mostly, I want to tailor treatment to you!

If you have been lonely, depressed, struggling to feel connected, or if you are dealing with grief, worry or lack of direction in your life and you don't know where to turn, I humbly offer my time and attention. I would love to hear all about it. With the right combination of respect, collaboration and trust, healing will almost certainly occur.
