About me
I see each person as a unique individual , focusing on connection and wholeness in all areas of life.
Life can lead us to feel stuck and alone, without a clear path forward, hopeless for a change. At some point we all face obstacles in our life that require relationship to find movement and a way through. I would love to join you on your road to wholeness, working together to find hope and a fresh perspective.
I focus on each person as an individual, with a unique story and unique perspective that requires a personalized approach. I use empirically based models of therapy such as Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to look at the whole of your experience.
I believe that we were all created for connection as well as wholeness in all areas of our life. So whether you are facing a crisis, or merely looking to address a small area of frustration, I will join you in that process to find resolution, peace and acceptance in your life. With curiosity, I look forward to starting our journey together.
