My name is Joe and I'm glad you're here. Do you feel stuck at a fork in the road, unsure of who you are or which path you should take? Or perhaps you feel trapped in the life you’re currently living. Many of my clients come to me when they are unsure of themselves, whether that means pursing their hopes and dreams, making needed changes in a relationship or lifestyle, or expressing their innermost insecurities. I help people better understand themselves, and who they really are underneath all the personal, societal, and cultural expectations placed on them every day. I’m not here to judge, to tell you how to live, what you’re doing wrong. Instead, I believe in listening and understanding you as a whole, so together we can work towards empowering you to make the changes you want in your life.

I work with all people, from those who are suffering with depression, trauma, and anxiety, to a plethora of other mental health and physical issues. With the understanding that we are all different and therefore have different needs, I truly believe in an eclectic style of therapy, incorporating many different techniques to accomplish your goals. I offer many types of therapies depending on your needs and interests, to include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and trauma-informed therapy among others. I take into account your cultural background, spiritual identity, and personal values while we work together to plan which method will work best for you.

I work with adults and adolescents as a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LLMSW), I have completed my Master’s Degree and am acquiring my hours for full licensure while completing my Doctorate Degree. I provide face-to-face therapy in multiple locations as well as telehealth services for those who prefer virtual sessions. My passion is to see individuals thrive to their highest potential in this life. It is my goal with each session to provide that opportunity while providing a safe and nurturing environment to discuss any issue. My goal is to see you accomplish yours!
